You may be able to cancel your order if you advise us prior to your order being shipped.

Please note that there is no guarantee that orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Our warehouse team begin work very early in the morning to ensure as many customer orders can be dispatched as possible, therefore these hours worked can exceed the customer service hours. While our customer service team will do their best to action any cancellation requests, we can not always ensure that orders are cancelled prior to shipment.
In the instance that your order has been shipped before we were able to cancel it, please refer to the Returns & Refund Policy to arrange to return your order, should this be required.
