Once your order has been complete, you will receive email confirmation which will stipulate your Online Order Number (which will need to be referenced if you are required to contact the Customer Service Team). If you have successfully placed an order but do not receive an email order confirmation, please check your spam/junk mail or log into your Horseland Account and view 'My Orders'. If you do not have a Horseland Account and have ordered your purchases as a 'Guest', please contact our Customer Service team so they can ensure that the email entered was correct.
If you require an additional tax invoice rather than your order confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team via email.
Please note, you will receive a packing slip with your delivered items.
