The Horseland Online Stores is a separate business to the brick and mortar stores, and as such, it is entirely at your local store’s discretion whether they will do an exchange of an online purchase. In the instance that your local store is unable to assist you, our online return process is very simple. Follow the 'How to return your item guide' and please note that all returned must be in accordance with our Online Returns Policy.
Returns must be posted back or returned to store within 14 days of the order receipt date, at your expense, item/s will be assessed on arrival.
