We take the quality of our stock very seriously and have set measures in place to make sure that things like this don’t happen. Occasionally a faulty item will slip through the cracks, so we do apologise if you feel that the quality of your item is not up to standard.
Please send through your order number and images of the faulty item to onlinesales@horseland.com.au.
Our team of experts will assess the images you send through and we will come back to you with an outcome. If the item is deemed faulty, we will quickly organise a return pre-paid label to return your faulty item for either a refund, exchange or replacement.
