Lost or Stolen Order Policy

We strongly recommend your available to sign receipt your online order when delivered by one of our delivery partners, or we will need to leave your order at the door. 

Horseland receives a proof of delivery from our freight carrier once your order has been delivered in a safe place, however we cannot be responsible for your orders being stolen from your door, if your unavailable to sign for the package. 

Please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours such as your work address to help reduce your liability.

If you need a copy of your proof of delivery you can contact us using the  contact form at the bottom of the page or you can enter your tracking number into the Australia post tracking portal and request it from them.
