Checking Store Stock Levels and ETA’s

Unfortunately, the Horseland Online Customer Care Team does not have access to individual Horseland stores stock availability. In order to check the stock levels of items you must contact the store directly. You can view a full list of the Horseland stores and their contact details through the Store Locator section of the website (https://www.horseland.com.au/store-locator )

Please note, Horseland stores will be able to search what stock is available at other Horseland stores for you. At the discretion of the individual store, they have the ability to arrange for products to be transferred in for you.  

Please note: both Horseland Online and Horseland stores cannot order more stock of discontinued ranges. This may include particular limited edition items and item colourways/patterns.

The Horseland Online Customer Care Team can only provide selective stock availability information regarding products advertised on the website. All stock levels are approximate, so we cannot guarantee availability. The Customer Care Team will try their best to provide customers with ETA’s of stock where appropriate.
