Our warehouse team is very quick at dispatching your Online Order! You may be able to change your order if you advise the Horseland Customer Care team prior to the order being dispatched. Our warehouse team dispatch online orders early in the morning and often we are unable to stop dispatch from the night before. If you contact our team as early as possible after placing the order we will try to assist you.

Please note that there is no guarantee that orders can be changed prior to dispatch. While our customer service team will do their best to action any requests, we can not always ensure that changes are actioned before orders are dispatched. In the instance that your order has been shipped without the requested changes being made, please refer to the Returns and Refunds Policy to arrange to return your order, should this be required.
