Have you received my return?

Once a return has been received by our Warehouse, it can take up to 5 business days to be processed (Monday - Friday). Our Returns Team will then action your request as quickly as possible. When this has been completed, you will be contacted via email to confirm that your return has been processed. 

If the tracking number for your return indicates that your parcel has been delivered for more than 5 business days, please contact us HERE with your return tracking number and we will look into this further.

If you have not contacted us prior to returning your item or included instructions on the preferred outcome, please get in touch to let us know, so we can action your request as quickly as possible.
